Public Library

Tattnall County is served by two branches of the Ohoopee Regional Library System, one in Reidsville and one in Glennville.

The Ohoopee Regional Library System is located along the Ohoopee River in Southeast Georgia and serves a population of 77,000, with branches in Jeff Davis, Montgomery, Tattnall and Toombs counties.

Services offered the Ohoopee Regional Library branches:

  • Free Internet access (printouts are 25 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents per page for color)
  • Computers for word processing
  • Free wireless Internet access
  • Black and white photocopies (copies are 25 cents per page)
  • Free passes to Georgia State Parks and Historical Sites, Zoo Atlanta, Go Fish!, and the Center for Puppetry Arts
  • Free Ancestry.com access through GALILEO (free access not available outside the Library)
  • Interlibrary loan for books and articles not owned by Ohoopee Regional Library.
